The goal of Dennis Corporation’s Project Management – Building Division is to use our qualified and experienced personnel to deliver high quality professional project management services to our clients.

CM HEAVY CIVIL

Dennis Corporation, as a construction manager, acts and participates as the owner’s representative throughout the project to ensure the owner’s particular needs are achieved.

PIPE INSPECTION

Dennis Corporation is SCDOT approved to provide culvert pipe inspection, video, and laser profiling  for projects to ensure the owner’s particular needs are achieved.

ITS

Dennis Corporation is staffed and equipped to provide ITS system designs as well as installation, inspection, operation, maintenance and repair services for ITS equipment.

MATERIALS TESTING

Dennis Corporation’s knowledgeable inspection staff are experienced in providing quality material testing.

SPECIAL INSPECTIONS

Dennis Corporation is experienced and certified to perform Chapter 1 and Chapter 17 Special Inspections.
