We also are certified by the American Concrete Institute (ACI) as a Concrete Field Testing Technician—Grade 1 and by SCDHEC for Erosion Prevention and Sediment Control.

The goal of Dennis Corporation’s Project Management – Building Division is to use our qualified and experienced personnel to deliver high quality professional construction management services to our clients. Dennis Corporation’s Project Management – Building Division offers project management/construction management services but not general contracting services; giving the Division independence in representing the owner/client’s interests with no possible conflicts of interest.

The Project Management – Building Division serves as an active liaison between the company and outside vendors to include engineers and contractors throughout the construction project.
