Spring Valley High School Intern
Dennis Corporation recognizes the unique value of internship programs and on-the-job training opportunities in mentoring students for a career in the engineering, surveying and construction management professions. These interns, who work for different divisions of the firm, gain important experience from hands on work that they cannot receive in school.
Dennis Corporation is proud to host Spring Valley High School student, London Thompson, as an intern in the Engineering Department. London is a 17 year old student participating in the Explorations Program at Spring Valley. This program requires students to participate in a 200 hour internship relevant to their career aspirations. London chose Dennis Corporation because he aspires to be an engineer.
London stated, “Upon graduation from high school, I plan to attend Clemson. They have an awesome engineering program. I am interested in civil, electrical , and computer engineering.”
London will graduate in 2017 from Spring Valley High School.
