Not only are our inspectors technically trained, but also have the on-site and practical experience through working on all levels of testing and inspections. Dennis Corporation’s inspection staff is certified by the Office of School Facilities (OSF) to perform Chapter 1 and Chapter 17 inspections as well as the Office of State Engineer (OSE). We are a member of the International Code Council (ICC) and are experienced with their International Building Codes (IBC), Mechanical Codes, Electrical Codes and Plumbing Codes. Dennis Corporation’s inspectors are approved by the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation as a certified Residential Builder and Home Inspector. We also employ certified Building Inspectors who provide code enforcement. Adding to our capabilities are our in-house engineers that can provide in depth structural analysis if needed. Our staff works with home owners and buyers, real estate agents, business owners, site developers, manufacturers and suppliers to make sure their projects are efficient and economical for their needs. our scope of services cover the inspections of each type of project listed:

Dennis Corporation is fully staffed and equipped to provide construction phase services including inspection, quality assurance, and quality field testing/sampling. Dennis Corporation’s Construction Management Department is certified through the SCDOT for Earthwork and Base, Portland Concrete, Foundations, Asphalt Roadway, Asphalt Plant, Nuclear Gauge and Traffic Control Inspections. We also are certified by the American Concrete Institute (ACI) as a Concrete Field Testing Technician-Grade 1 and by SCDHEC for Erosion Prevention and Sediment Control.
