Dennis Corporation Recognized as a Top 100 Privately Owned Company in South Carolina

For more than 30 years, Grant Thornton has recognized the Top 100 private companies in South Carolina. The Grant Thornton South Carolina 100™  (“The South Carolina 100”) is the only ranking that recognizes the state’s largest privately owned companies. The list of companies is gathered in coordination with the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce.

Participation in this ranking is completely voluntary. Companies are ranked based on their net revenues for the most recent fiscal year. Qualified companies must be privately owned, headquartered in the state of South Carolina, and may not be a subsidiary of another company.

Grant Thornton LLP was founded in Chicago, Illinois in 1924. It is one of the leading organizations of independent audit, tax, and advisory. Grant Thornton works with a vast range of privately and publically owned companies, financial institutions, government agencies, and civic and religious organizations.

This was Dennis Corporation’s second consecutive year in the top 100. In 2015, Dennis Corporation first joined the ranking as a Top 100 Privately Owned Company. This year, Dennis Corporation moved up two spots. In future years, Dennis Corporation hopes to continue to exhibit positive growth and move up in the ranking.

Dennis Corporation, founded in 2005, is a locally and privately owned engineering, surveying, and construction management firm headquartered in Columbia, SC with offices also in Chester and Ridgeland, SC.
