Dennis Corporation, a South Carolina licensed civil engineering, surveying and construction management firm, is pleased to be a part of the efforts to build The Chapin Community Theatre: Center for Cultural Arts and Education. Many Dennis Corporation employees are patrons and volunteers of Chapin Community Theatre. When Dennis Corporation found out about the Chapin Community Theatre’s desperate need for a new location and their plans to expand and create a cultural arts center, Dennis Corporation knew they had found a worthy cause.
The Chapin Community Theatre is an integral part of the Town of Chapin. Its players have entertained audiences for over 28 years. Regrettably, the three-quarters of a century year old building, which they have called home, can no longer meet their needs. Fortunately due to the support of its patrons and kind donations of companies such as Dennis Corporation, the Chapin Community Theatre is on its way to building a new location.
By providing a variety of pro-bono services to the Chapin Community Theatre, Dennis Corporation has supported the fundraising efforts for the new building. In addition to a monetary contribution, Dennis Corporation is also providing site development services, surveying services and marketing services for the new building and fundraising campaign. Dennis Corporation plans to stay actively involved with the Chapin Community Theatre, assisting them with their engineering, surveying and construction management needs until the completion of the new building.
